Pieter Louw

Following my graduation from the University of Stellenbosch with a degree in economics, I joined the banking sector. I believe this is where I developed my appreciation for the fascinating and dynamic field of real estate. I spent my formative years in the home loan department of the bank involved in administrative roles. As I progressed to managerial roles, I became involved in approvals of home loans where I gained a valuable understanding of property valuations and assessment of the financial position of potential property buyers.

I believe my experience is what sets me apart from my contemporaries. In total, my career in property spans over 34 years, 22 years of which I have been with Kuils River Estates.

My experience extends to:

- Commercial Property;
- Industrial Property;
- Deceased Estates Sales; and
- Sectional Title Schemes.

Community involvement is an important priority to me. I am faithfully serving as chairman of the Body Corporate of Sharphati Park for 12 years and have spent many years serving on the executive committee of the Kuils River Rugby Club.

As a property professional, I am loyal to my clients. I strictly apply the code of conduct of the Estate Agency Affairs Board, ensuring the interests of my clients are protected. I see a successful sale as obtaining the best market-related price for the seller and, at the same time, assisting the buyer with arguably the greatest investment they would ever make.
